  • Horrible Store - Don't go Here. My daughter is an EMT in Phoenix and her Sprint phone died during her shift. She tried to get in repaired or replaced very quickly, but they INSISTED that in order to leave the store she would need to take and activate 3 phones and a Tablet. She told them she did not need or want them, and they said to just put them in a drawer. What a horrible thing it is to take advantage of a first responder because she is in a hurry. While we were attempting to return the extra 2 phones and tablet I actually heard the general manager tell an employee that her recent number of activation's was really making her "Score" look good.
