It's amazing how many people hate this location. How many people are just not happy with them. I've always been use this place for auto-do-dads and some sports stuff. Nothing really else.

When it comes to drive clean and tire changes - go here. Well....maybe not anymore for tire service.
I went in yesterday and asked how long to get my winters off (yes...finally!) and they said it would be a two hour wait. Really? Wow. They offered me a 4pm appointment with the promise I should be out by 5pm. Well....OK.
Got back around 3pm - I called them to see how the wait times were and they advised me it would be a total of 4hours to get my tires changed! Yikes! I kept the 4pm call - actually 3:45pm. There was really no one waiting at the service desk. There was really no cars around. Not sure why they would scare people off with such ludicrous wait times on the phones!
Got in and they took about an hour and it was done. You would think that they hit their target and I should be happy...perhaps a 4 star? It would be but let's remember, we are all not auto mechanics.
I got on the highway today and the car was shaking a bit. It means that they didn't balance the tires or their is something else wrong - I did automech in high school.
I took it to a tire store and they told me that they would not have mounted these tires. They were old and the treads were separating. Really? Canadian Tire guy couldn't tell me that and try to sell me a new set? They probably don't have Z-rated performance tires that I need, but please tell me if you are going to put my life in danger? Isn't that something that they should be looking for?
Nonetheless, I had to get new tires for the summer season and I'm out $70 for their incompetence since I am now paying for my new tires to be mounted and balanced. Ugh!
1-star for at least keeping their time promise! There is a reason why their nick name is Crappy-Tire.
Jeers!
