  • I had a great relationship with this group for awhile... then, I opened my monthly account to find that they had RAISED my rate 8.5% without even contacting me to discuss! UNBELIEVABLE. I have had storage units for decades and have NEVER dealt with this type of sneaky, underhanded price fixing and greedy behavior. It is borderline illegal! DO NOT RENT HERE, these people are NOT trustworthy and most importantly they are NOT HONEST! What is the most important factor when finding a self storage group? TRUST. Would you trust a company that raised your contracted rate without your approval? NO. Don't rent here, it's that simple!!!
