I love this place. Whenever I know I will be in the area, I try to stop by and pick up a few things or dinner for the evening. It's such a great and healthy alternative to fast food. The food is made fresh and packaged with reheating instructions. I love to cook but sometimes MFF is my saving grace from junk when I am feeling lazy (or if the hub is out of town and I don't want to cook just for myself).
My fave entrees are:
Brekkie - anything that they do with oats are phenom--I am a huge oatmeal fan but I think their offerings could sway the most skeptical. I love the good Morning sunshine which is turkey chorizo (it's got a nice spice to it, not for little girls) and egg whites.
Lunch/dinner - love love love the lemon turkey with rice and asparagus (a mere 250 cal entree - perfect for days when I blow my calories on a rich lunch) and the "killuh" turkey chili. It's so bomb. I've tried copy cat recipes that come close but I haven't been able to replicate it yet.
They have great snack boxes as well.
I have done the 21 day challenge and my coach was great! And overall I felt sated. I did not lose any weight which was disappointing BUT she had me at 1200 calories a day which for someone as active as I am is definitely not enough. There were even points where I felt like, sh*t I have to eat again.
Overall, like the food and will keep coming back.
