Just when I thought I couldn't love Mad Mex anymore then I already did, I discovered the shady side location offered brunch!! I got the huevos rancheros with a Bloody Mary. I would not recommend the Bloody Mary because it tasted a little watered down. The meal on the other hand was probably the best huevos rancheros I've ever had. It had a nice kick to it and it had plenty of toppings and who doesn't love toppings?!
I would also like to add that I love the set up of this Mad Mex. I've been to multiple locations but none are as open as this one. It makes the restaurant appear much bigger and it allows for natural light to get in. The other locations feel so small and dark.
