  • Here we go. Closets by design sends out mailers on a fairly consistent basis. They promote 40% off and free installation . Guess what ? It's a sham. I received 2 other estimates using the same exact design , layout , materials and they were more expensive. We needed only 2 closet organizers and they quoted nearly $4200 originally and other estimates were $2500 & $2875 I texted the salesperson and said how can you be that much higher ? Wheres the discount? She talked to her boss and came back at $3201.41 This designer took 2.5 hours to measure and write up . What a waste of time ! Honestly speaking even if they had come down $100 below the other 2 out of principle I would not have gone with them. Stay away..
