The worst customer service EVER! I was not advised of an early termination fee for personal training. I tried to cancel personal training in July 2016 and the issue is still ongoing. I have left several messages for a manager/supervisor to call me back and still have not received a callback. Every time I called, managers are NEVER available. They are telling me that I have to pay a $250 early terminate fee and a $20 late fee for stopping a payment. Deceptive practices are not acceptable! I have spoken to Nicole and she advised that a manager would call back within the week and that was 3 weeks ago. Please do not join this gym, unless you REALLY read the small print!
