Food is never a disappointment. Today it was the customer service. I called ahead and asked about pizza by the slice. I asked if they can do speciality pizzas by the slice. Yes, she said and took my order. I get there and they said actually they can't do it... Funny because you just said you could over the phone and told me the price. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes.
I had to order a whole pizza and do half in half instead of getting 2 slices! Rip off. No discounts or anything to make up for the mistake or miscommunication. Instead I ended up spending double.
Shake my head. You need to work on your customer service if you want to keep customers.
