Threaten to call the police on me !!! ..excuse me?! If I could.. I don't even want to give 1 star. I had the worst customer service where the manager told me to get out and going to call the police on a pregnant woman. This all started when I want to return the belly belt that hurts my hips. They sold it to me in a worn condition (it's is my fault that I didn't check). But no where on the box says its final sale, the store has a sticker saying final sale on all of their nursing and under wear items. even on the reciept final sale on nursing bra and underwear etc. and when I purchased the item, no one told me this was final sale. (Since they make their money off commission and not customer service.. They don't even greet u if you are not looking at anything over $500 section). The manager Luba said to me over and over again that she's going to call the police on me because she failed to explained the store return policy. She was not professional and told me to get out when she failed to answer my questions to her own explanation that didn't make any sense. She fails to provide me her managers contact information, or customer service person. I just do not understand how a company make up a policy and doesn't fulfill their promise to their customers and the next thing you know, she pick up the phone and pretend to call the police. I waited for the police since she think that will solve the issue or scare me off. And nothing happened, police never came. This is not only a extremely poor customer service, this is not right and thats harassment!
