| - After working to a fast pace customer service career I'd probably been too conscious on how establishments handle their customers. I have been often used this cafe for deliveries, so one day my husband and I tried to visit for the first time. Maybe it's just that day for others but first impression lasts, I was disappointed and quite embarrassed for being a loyal customer, my expectations wasn't right. Attendant: The guy with the curly hair was impatient, he may had a moody day but that doesn't applied to your job! I ordered my favorite Cappuccino and then after being confused with the overwhelming menu I chose Looney Tuna. My cappuccino has no sugar, and was looking around to find but saw it inside their counter, I ended up eating first and when I got an opportunity I ask the girl to hand me sugar, it's a feeling of Finally. They look busy into something simple and they panic, I caught the two guys gossip while staring at me, how's that? At the end of the day, it's a fail, unfortunately. Not a Cool business.
