  • The staff is rude uneducated and untrustworthy. Do not expect them to make you aware of a problem with your with your prescription. Call your doctor call yourself or insurance. They will not do anything they state they will do and for you. "not to worry we are taking care of it you have nothing to worry about" . PLEASE WORRY or you will end up with no prescription. They hire a bunch of uneducated simpletons with out the ability to critically think or even think it is scary that they ask them to fill your prescription. I suggest that if there is any kind of problem not resolved get very quickly ( I'm talking less than 24 hours) Call your own doctor call your own insurance company and resolve the problem yourself for when they say they will they are lying save yourself some time and aggravation. Most likely this is the case in all wallgreens stores but please for your own sake and that of your family consider another pharmacy if you do use this pharmacy on 35th Avenue and Deer Valley Road. phone number of 623 582 9566. Speak ONLY to the pharmacist and pharmacy manager who works Monday through Friday his name is Kausik Patel. He is able to put two and two together unlike his , ignorant and rude staff if you want to find a solution he is the one to speak to if you cannot deal with him I suggest highly you use a different pharmacy. There is another pharmacist that works there they wouldn't give me her name when there was a problem but it is Liz G I wouldn't trust her to plunge a toilet. As far as the store itself is disgusting the store manager is also disgusting rude incompetent and should not work anywhere except maybe a cow manure processing plant. There are frequently Vagrants loitering outside the doors with no action taken by management they will run up to your car and almost jump in when the managers is made aware he shrugs his shoulders as they're likely his family members obviously I'm not a fan of the store but its for good reason. I'm telling you all this for your own good save yourself some stress and by the way trying to contact Walgreens via email or phone number is a waste of time they don't care about their customers they won't return your calls. So either avoid that store or scream into a pillow when you have to use it peace out yo
