I'm livid. I went to their table at open house just now and am super angry at the whole situation. They have everything sorted by order number on the list, instead of name, and skipped me in favor of two people behind me who had theirs because some guy took the list they were using to look mine up in the middle of helping me. The 3 people going through the boxes to get orders looked completely lost. Finally, after I found my own order number, they began to look for mine. They couldn't find it. The man brought back the list and they discovered my order wasn't ready. School starts Monday. I placed the order two days before the cutoff. The kid (maybe 16 years old) that I was referred to for the problem told me that they are way behind, but somerset is allowing kids to wear black polo shirts for the first week. I told him I was pretty irritated at having to buy extra new clothes that my son will not wear again because they are behind. He told me they might refund one of my shirts to make up for it, but it wasn't guaranteed and the boys lady wasn't there. I called aim and nobody answered and the mail box is full. I don't want to spend one single more potent with this company even though they are the only company that can do somerset shirts. I'm going to go out of my way to find away around ordering from them and will post it here so others can have the option of not giving them business.
