  • Two of the prongs on my diamond engagement ring had dislodged, to the point where I stopped wearing my ring because I was afraid I was going to lose my diamond. I didn't know who I could take my ring to for repair and had been avoiding doing so for weeks. I had this idea that a jeweler might try to cheat me and I would have no way of knowing if my stone was replaced with a lesser alternative. I picked Fast Fix because they got good reviews and seem trustworthy, and being fast seemed like a good way to ensure no funny business. I don't post often, but I felt compelled to share with others who may be looking for someone to entrust their jewelry to as I am very happy with their service. The price was reasonable and the jeweler did a beautiful job, even cleaning and polishing my rings without an additional fee. I didn't have to leave my ring there for more than an hour. I was very worried in leaving the most expensive things I own with a complete stranger but overall, I think they were extremely trustworthy and did a wonderful job. So happy my ring looks like new again!
