  • We have ordered several times from Precision Roller and have always received the items the very next day at a competitive price. We recently had a problem with some ink we had from them. When I called, they took care of the problem without any hassles, and did not even want to put me to the inconvenience of returning the defective item. They shipped out a replacement the same day. I will definitely be recommending them, as every company has problems, but what counts is how they take care of them.
