First timer and overall the birthday party experience was pretty good. Registering for pre-party planning was futile considering you had to end up calling for most of your answers to be answered. Seems like a way to get email addresses. For the money ( a la carte pizza- not included like most birthday packages), we assumed the host would be more hands-on. They kind of brought our large party to the area for activities and disappeared a few times. Also, we would recommend allowing someone to be posted at bumper car areas as you need an employee to initiate. Several other groups decided not to wait because of this. We assumed set time for activity blocked, so they would be ready. Also wished they allowed time period instead dollar value for birthday packages. Cumbersome to have each participant swipe their cards for each attractions, doesn't seem logical. Room was adequate for the actual party except no sink, but they did have sanitizer. Would agree to go again, but not pay for a party and just do open play.
