Poor customer service...
I ordered a sandwich to go and when I opened it, I discovered that they had left out almost all of the meat. I called and they offered to put a credit for a free sandwich in their system, under my phone number. Great!
Except when I went to get my sandwich(about a week and a half later), I was informed that I had to use the credit within 7 days. This was not explained to me on the phone, nor did they even mentioned that the credit has an expiration date. They declined to honor the credit.
They basically said, "oh well, tough luck."
I'd be happy to revise the low rating if they would honor the credit they offered to make amends for their mistake. Otherwise, I'll be going to Capriotti's...
