The true test of a company's character is what they do when you have a disagreement. Do they value your business? Do they want you back as a customer?
Parker answered both with a resounding YES! During a warranty service I felt one of the charges was incorrect. Rather than argue, the owner said they would make it right and they did. Thats all I can ask for! And they do great work too. The door is good as new.
