  • This was honestly the worst manicure service I've ever received. The manicurist was very nice, but she didn't know what she was doing at all. Most salons have dedicated nail techs/manicurists. Here, the same person does waxing, nails, hair and facials. How can you possibly be good at ALL of those things? You can't. The service started out 15 minutes late. Then she started filing my nails before cutting them. Whenever she would file she would literally file the skin on my fingertips and barely hit any nail. Then when she did cut them, it was awkward and she didn't cut the edges. I asked her about cutting them on the edges and she tried again but she couldn't do any better, I really don't understand why. She did barely any cuticle work and didn't clean under the nails. The hand massage was weak with hardly any scrub used. In fact, she didn't even get all the scrub off before applying the lotion. All around it was horrible. She may very well be a great hair stylist (I don't know) but she isn't a competent manicurist. She told me they only do a couple manicures every week. This explains the lack of dedicated nail tech and why the stylists have little experience. Again, this may be a fine place to get your hair cut, but I'd stay away for any other services.
