  • Check in is a complete disaster. We have been in line for an hour and forty five minutes. We have missed our dinner reservations. I would NEVER book here again. The lobby, while clean, is freezing with no one closing doors. There are multiple lines, but no one can quite figure out which one is supposed to go first. I am truly disappointed.
