rev:text	I just wanted to say this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I am even a Carlson Club member and the workers and management didn't give a rip about it. I went to spend time for one night and it was the worst night ever. I even left and didn't even complete the night because the workers didn't answer the phone at the front desk, when I did complain they were like OH WELL deal with it. They did give me the managers number and I tried calling her 2x on Monday and Tuesday and she never responded back. I guess thats where the workers get their attitude from. Totally horrible experience and I would say STAY FAR AWAY from this hotel in the future
