My dogs illness came on suddenly and within a week, I had to make the agonizing decision to put my best friend, Carly down. I called PALS and spoke with Daniel before the process and he was very caring. I'm so grateful that he told me the process and what to expect even at the vets office. When I walked into PALS, I was sobbing and Judy was so comforting. She let me see my dog and have time with her in a very comfortable, private room. She said to take as much time as I needed. Within two days, I got Carly's box with her ashes. The box is very beautiful with a heart hanging from it with her name. I was also greeted by Daniel and Judy once again with open arms. You can tell that the PALS staff genuinely care. I will highly recommend PALS.
