  • Went to get my shellac done today and I was nothing but disappointed. I wouldn't even give a star but you have to so lets just say if for the hand massage at the end the entire process. I know EXACTLY what I want and how it should be done. I came in and asked about 5 times how long the wait would be and never got an answer just asked what colour shellac I wanted. I was patient and chose my colour, after waiting some more I asked again how long the wait would be...the girls just took me to a table and said to give the lady a few minutes. She basically moved me to make it seem like the process was going faster - which it was NOT! The tech came, sat down and I told her exactly what I wanted and that 2 of my fingers needed to be just clear coats because I need to watch them heal as I have broken my acrylics off of them and really injured my nail. She went to paint my nails and turned the bottle upside to tell me "Oh...sorry it's all done." like okay? You're a nail salon, you don't have more? And I asked this. She walked away speaking her language to another lady and then came back and told me to wait so she could go "look" for some more - sorry been there, done that before. I told her just to do black as I was NOT happy! Then she told someone else to paint my nails and the process was under 15 mins. Shellac takes a building process and curing process. Not pleased at all. If you're looking to get your nails done, go somewhere else!
