  • So I just took my pups here the other week for their first visit to them as I was trying to find a new vet for my two main guys because after 10 years at banfield I had to part ways seeing as even though I had been taking my older guy there for a decade they for the last year couldn't seem to find my pups records in some way shape or form each time I went whether it was their heart worm test records or vaccine records or just one of my entire dogs background at all. So I had to go! Well I have definitely found the perfect vet hands down no need to look any further. I honestly feel kinda bad I had no idea a vet visit could be so in depth and helpful not to mention not scary for my guys. I mean I thought that was just the thing about the vet no dog likes to go right? Well not here! The staff here is AMAZING!! Each and every one of them took the time to get to know my guys ask about them and find out their likes and dislikes. They got to know them individually and found that my older guy is much more tolerable with more of an anything goes attitude while my younger guy is scared of certain things like getting his nails trimmed. They gave treats constantly as a way to ease my guys into trusting them and showing them that the vet trips aren't a bad experience. I learned so much more in this visit than I ever did in the 10 YEARS I went to Banfield. Now both of my guys are dog aggressive and while you could put a new born baby on their faces and they would just kiss it to pieces they just don't like other dogs and were working on it but the staff made sure to make sure there were no other dogs in the lobby when we got there and even took us out a separate door after the visit since there were other dogs out there at that time and not just showing me the door but helped me walk them to the car and made sure we all got in ok. Thank you so much to Dr. Collier and the whole staff for being so wonderful as we will definitely be making this our permanent vet for our pups. I was more impressed in the first 5 minutes than I have ever been after a whole visit to any other vet and recommend this vets office to anyone that has a pet!
