  • Used to really like this location but twice now the (same) barista has been rude to me when ordering. Bought a gift card and rather than handing it to me she gave it a 'gentle' toss and it landed in a puddle of water on the counter - really!? After I had the card in hand she started to walk off and I had to remind her that you receive a latte with a gift card purchase. I also hate that they won't let you pay till they've made your drink...I'm standing there holding my money/card when I order and I'd really like to get that done and go find a table while the drink is being made...
