  • Okay so I had called in earlier in the day and asked if I could make an appointment. I was told yes and to come in at 5:30pm. I walk in and there were about 4 stylist busy who all looked at me but nobody said hi or smiled back at me. A lady walked towards me a few minutes later and kind of shrugged and lifted her hands up asking "what?" I mentioned my appointment and she turned around and walked away so I sat back down. She came back and walked me to the back of the salon and once again started to walk away. I stopped her and asked how much is full colour and shes like "60 and up" I'm like "so what would be the price for my hair?" She rolled her eyes and walked away without answering. That's pretty much when I decided I was leaving. She came back and kept telling me its 60 and up, shampoo is an extra 25 and up....so I said "okaaayy so its gonna be around 85ishh plus tax?" shes like "and up." LOL i was like okay ill be back and left. I guess she was the secretary because she didn't seem to know anything or care about what she's doing. Super rude lady. She looked sooo miserable. I really hope she's okay.
