  • This was my first time here at Pho Saigon 8, and apparently they also have a couple of other locations. The place was clean, and the service was very good. I started off with the eggrolls, which were very good, but not greasy. For dinner I had the beef pho. The broth was really good and fresh. I ordered a large pho, and interestingly it came with a good portion of beef, but not so much in noodles. I was still very much full and it definitely hit the spot. I must say this place is one of the better pho places in Vegas, and I'm happy that they have a location in the Southwest side if town. I highly recommend this place
