Not sure what happened. I've been here twice since they've revamped and remodeled to "Caribou Coffee & Einstein Bro. Bagels) both experiences have been awful. The service used to be bad, but now it's the food and coffee. The first time I came in since they reopened all I got was the vanilla hazelnut coffee (my favorite). It was so watered down and weak. The second time I went, I got an egg and cheese sandwich with turkey sausage. I normally get it on a 9 grain bagel, but found out they don't have those anymore. They also didn't brew any vanilla hazelnut coffee that day, for some reason, so I couldn't get that. I wanted a medium roast coffee, but the medium roast was decaf. I was asking about the bold and light brews and asked if the light brew was like a blonde roast and she didn't know what I was talking about and one guy chimed in and said that was a "Starbucks" term. The coffee I got was just nasty. It's sad because this place is on my way to work and if I want a real Einstein Bros. Bagels I will have to go out of my way to the Tatum and Shea location, but I will do it because I am not going back to this place. They can remodel to make the store look as pretty as they want, but if the food and coffee don't match then there's really no need to return.
