  • Came in here to drop off a package that was on my account a couple weeks ago. Was greeted by no one. After looking around the employee in the store grabbed my box for me and started to walk off without a word, which is ridiculous. When I asked for a receipt, I was begrudgingly given one after being told they don't normally do that, like she was doing me a favor. Find another UPS store to do your business, this one is bad.
