| - I came here based on raving Yelp reviews. I'm so cautious with my kitty, that just by reading the reviews I knew we should be in good hands.
Upon my first visit, I ended up having to wait 30 mins due to an emergency appointment. But the staff was very sympathetic, and put me in the exam room, gave kitty some water and a litter box so that he can roam around.
A nurse came in to take initial temperatures and such, and was super friendly and kind. We had a good discussion about food - another topic I never know (I feel like there are too many conspiracies in pet food and try to feed the kitty good foods, but never really know for sure).
When the doctor finally came in, I think kitty was up to his tolerance level, and they offered to take him to another treatment room to do the shots as long as I was okay with it. They also offered to trim his nails!
A few days later, I got a follow up call, very friendly, to see how he was doing, to give me an answer about how much food he should eat (based on weight), and other info I was asking about.
During a follow up appointment, just the same level of kindness and enthusiasm.
These folks are genuinely friendly and caring. I don't know how but they made me and kitty feel like we were the only ones in the place that they were caring for and didn't brush me off.
They also encourage pet owners to call in anytime with questions.
What I also love is that since it's also a hospital, they have later hours than other clinics, up til 9pm !
