  • Walked in on Christmas eve to see if I could possibly get a prime rib roast. What a surprise when I found out I could get what I needed without pre-ordering. The owner came in and personally hand cut a rib roast that was amazing. If you're looking for a old-style butcher shop that does custom cuts, this is the place to go. The homemade sausages are also a highlight here. Do yourself a favor and make this your stop for fresh cut meat.
