  • I've been going here for years now. I give this four stars because I absolutely love the food so much that I don't mind the not so good customer service. I rate the food 4 1/2 to 5 stars. The pricing is good and the quality of the food is good. Their broth is really good and tasty and their fried rice is just amazing! Just for fried rice- amazing!! Also the exterior and interior looks like a diner! Doesn't look a pho place at all :) it looks different! I take customer service into consideration and it's very important when rating the restaurant thoroughly. However, if there is lack of good customer service when the food is absolutely outstanding along with the price, I MIGHT disregard the bad customer service. In this case, I've been going here for a long time and before they had staff that are now gone. The staff before were nice and polite. I would say the staff here is lousy and not attentive to the customers. They could improve by greeting the customer with a smile and not seem upset to be working when talking to the customers. There have been a few times when they didn't check up on us and it took a while for the waters to get to our table. Most of the time we have to go up to their front desk ourselves if we needed something. Other than a 3 rating for their customer service, they have really good food for a decent price and the ambience makes it relaxing and chill to have lunch or dinner.
