| - Literally the worst.
They were sent to our home on a warranty call, replaced our thermostat with one that isn't 100% compatible with our system (we didn't know this at the time) because according to them "the model we had is no longer available". Great, so then when the season changes our air conditioning doesn't work and heat blows out instead of cold.
They come for a service call because we are confident this is due to the thermostat change. Upon their review, we're told we have a part that needs replacing that will cost $1,300 PLUS THE SERVICE CALL FEE. Not to mention our system is under warranty and that's JUST LABOR - what?!
Second opinion comes in - tells us about the thermostat we used to have still being available, that this one doesn't work right with our system, that Tyson left a bunch of wires disconnected and shoved back into our wall, AND that there is nothing wrong with the parts.
Now it's going on at least a week and a half of them saying they are going to refund us for the money we have paid them for the service calls, and no one will refund the money. I've had to call on a daily basis, and every time I either get voicemail or "you're next on the list when they're in tomorrow" or "my kid was sick so i left early" or "our phones were down" or some other BS excuse.
This is so ridiculous, they are so unprofessional, fraudulent, and irresponsible. JUST DON'T.
