  • Great people. Easy to work with. Understanding. Accommodating. In addition to deleting my DOWNLOADS, I accidentally deleted my RECENTS. Immediately after, I deleted my TRASH. I did NOT realize this mistake until the next day. And, boy, was I upset. These "recents" included my chronological resume and business plans as well as logos. Since I was in the middle of a job search and trying to set up an internet business, the timing could not have been worse. So, I called "Mac I Am," which had worked on my MacBook in the past. The owner explained to me that they don't do data recovery, so he recommended DDR. I am so glad he did. DDR was able to retrieve my lost (ie, deleted) files and save them to a thumb drive. THANK GOD!!!!!!!!!!!
