  • I absolutely dread going to the Apple store for any sort of issue. The only thing that is quick is a purchase, surprise surprise! Any kind of direct interaction seems extremely disorganized, untimely, and frustrating. For example, when I approached a staff member, I was in the midst of asking a question, and another staff member jumped in and answered when: 1. He didn't hear my question. 2. I wasn't speaking to him. 3. He gave me the wrong answer. There must be a better way to field questions, meet the needs of each customer, and provide excellent customer service when we've spent thousands of dollars on your products. Half the staff is standing around redirecting you to other staff who are swamped with people waiting. Logistically, this place is a nightmare.
