When you first arrive you think "Wow, nice pool, beautiful front office and the apartment they showed me was very nice". You have good conversation with the management then sign the lease.
Moving day comes and all is good for a few days/weeks until you take the trash out in the evening and find drug addicts dumpster diving and young kids putting nails under your tires ( yes this actually happened to me!! 3 tires later on my new 2016 Acura TL .... i figured it out!) Let's not mention I took my laundry to the laundromat and came back to find someone stealing my clothes..Oh and did I mention the office told me " That's not our problem, call the cops" when there are supposed to be locks on the doors and there arent.
This one time I took my 6 month old baby to the pool for the first time (Mind you the locks on the pool don't work if you have toddlers that like to wonder) and got cut an inch deep in my foot because of glass in the pool. Again the office said it was 'inevitable'.
Let's put the big red cherry on top of the shake shall we? THEY MOVED ME INTO AN APARTMENT THAT HAD BEDBUGS. How do I know this? Because my neighbors told me that the residents before me that lived in my new renovated apartment move out because they couldn't get ride of the infestation. Now I have them. The office people ( especially the new manager) is so stuck up and has no desire to help. She makes scheduling appointments with Burns so difficult and didn't even contact anyone else in the building to see of they had signs of bedbugs to stop the spread. Funny cause two of my neighbors have them as well... Oh and on another note, if bedbugs aren't an issue for you the cockroaches come in all sizes as well and they will only put you on the Thursday bug spray list 3 times and then it's on you.
The maintenance men are nice, they usually can fix the problem but it takes them about 7- 10 days to show up. My AC went out and it took 2 days for someone to show up and another day to fix it & that was with me going to the office and complaining regularly. I HAVE A 6 MONTH OLD BABY and they still dragged their feet.
I give this apartment zero stars.
I give the management zero stars and some advice to pull the stick out of your 'to good' ass & try to show compassion for your residence.
