HORRIBLE PLACE TO fix your luggage! Do not come here! Air Canada sent me here to fix my luggage after they broke it. It took them one month to fix it and when I tried the handle in store it worked. But when I loaded it with stuff and used the handle for the first time it popped right off!! I brought it back and told them the situation but this Italian man was super rude and told me it's not their fault and that it's HEYS (luggage company) fault and that I should call them to have this fixed under warranty. I told them their repairs are faulty that's why it broke so easily. It worked in store because it was EMPTY but when I tried to use the handle with stuff in the luggage, the whole thing came off!! Italian man (prob owner) began to argue that whether or not stuff was inside is unrelated and that he's been in this business for a long time and basically was shooing me away. If you really have been in this business for a long time then you should know that a full luggage compared to an empty one has a way different impact on a handle!! WTF!?
