  • I went here and got an eye exam, I was hesitate to get my glasses here, as several years ago I had problems with them on a pair of glasses, so against my better judgement I order my glasses with all the bells and whistles, the prescription states that I need the Transition lenses(they change in sunlight to sunglasses), they tell me they will be in within 7-10 days, I get a call from them 4 days later stating my glasses are ready, I go in and get the glasses and then we discover that the Transition part was not read on the prescription nor was it ordered on the lenses, so they had to reorder the lenses, so I dropped them off to have the new lenses put in and they say "It will be about an hour" I return to get my glasses after waiting more then an hour and they tell me a machine they use to put the new lens in is broken! I have yo wait another half hour, VISIONWORKS you have seen the last of me.
