  • My modem went out twenty minutes before the store closed. Matthew Walker "Apple Mobility Master" helped me and he was amazing. He explained why I needed both a modem and router and exactly how to install them. He sold me what was right for my needs and did not try to up sell me. I was extremely pleased with his service and will request him again next time I go to that Best Buy. Thanks Matthew!
