  • I absolutely love bacon so I had the try the different types they offer here. I got the biscuit breakfast sandwich with hash browns and the half flight of bacon with applewood smoked, apple cider, sugar, honey, and hickory. Given that this is a bacon place, you expect it to be a bit of a greasy spoon, but this was way over the top. The hashbrowns were dripping in grease and were a little flat. My biscuit was tasteless unless you count baking powder as a flavour, Pillsbury from a can would be a better option. The bacon was good but inconsistent in how it was cooked - some pieces were overdone and some were under and fatty. I liked all the different flavours but honey and applewood smoked were my favourites. I liked the pig serving plate and that we were given a guide to which pieces were which flavour. The coffee was good, which was a nice surprise, and service was very fast and friendly. Overall, a fun place to try but I couldn't make it my go-to without a bit of improvement from the kitchen.
