  • I stumbled upon Dean's last week and thought I would give them a try to repair my daughter's Uggs. They were extremely professional and polite. When I went to pick up the Uggs today there was no charge for the repair. She explained that the repair was small and it didn't take her long. I told her this was my first time coming in and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or refer them. They didn't have to comp the repair. I feel that is a great act of kindness and something I appreciated very much.
