  • I am giving them one star. Basically that is due to the sales person we actually dealt with. She was a nice person and tried . As for the manager...HE IS A RUDE, BULLY. I have purchased a lot of furniture in my times but I will never buy another piece of furniture from them again. When bed was purchased we were told four weeks. It ended up being 6 weeks and then it gets here with dents and scratches . They wanted the rest of the money . But since furniture was already set up. We told them to reorder it and we would exchange it. THE MANAGER called her literally screaming at us . He was yelling about how this was going to go. Etc. Would not give my husband a chance to relay what was going on and why we were not paying for a bed that is defective. Just literally continued to scream. Told us he did not WANT our business. Well, guess what ?? They will not have our business. I would say to anyone if you buy from them. Make sure you Do Not Order it. They do not care if it comes in on time or how it comes in. Avoid any conversations with the manager at all costs. Unless you have a strong personality to deal with the lack of character and professionalism of him . Obviously problem solving is not in his skill set.
