  • Expensive, poor quality, and poor customer service. I got a zipper repaired and both soles replaced on a pair of boots, a coat zipper repaired, and a backpack zipper repaired. $81 total. They forgot to repair the boot zipper, so I had to bring them back and wait another week for that. Within two weeks, the zipper on the backpack broke again, and the soles of both my boots were falling off. I had to take them to another tailor to get everything re-done. Huge waste of money!
