  • I am giving one start only because there aren't any options. They deserve in my opinion a negative 10! I got there 55 minute before closing. They immediately received with an attitude because i didn't want the shellac this time...I am sorry that I want my nails to breathe periodically. I am assuming they were arguing as to who would help...I am not sure about that part since I don't speak nor understand Japanese. What I tell you I perceived is that there was an argument and I felt guilt...when I shouldn't as I consider this a little treat. They were so rushed one lady was doing my pedi and the other had me hunched over those tall chairs to do my nails. The lady doing my toes scraped my feet and cleaned that apparatus in the same water were she rinsed them. It was so gross but at this point I was so frustrated that I chose not to say anything. Anyhow I walked out w a horrible mani and pedi. It fact they were better when I walked in. #rude #poor customer service #UNSANITARY
