  • This DD is really hit or miss depending on what time you go and what crew is working. This morning I waited in line 20 minutes (with 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru) for a cup of coffee. That is really just unacceptable. It was bad enough that cars in the drive thru behind me gave up and left. I think this location in particular has a really high turnover rate. This one is right near my work, so I'll stop in 2-3x a week at times and when I do, I feel like it's a new person every time. The morning manager might have something to do with it: She's smiley and polite to customers, but I've seen her yell at employees under her breath before. If you want your order to be fastest go to Elliot/Dobson or Cooper/Stanley. The one thing I will say in their favor is that the drinks are always consistent. They hardly ever make mistakes and always taste good - and the price is awesome.
