I am forced to pay another unexpected bill after I made my full payment for auto-policy renewal. I made argument with the customer service and lastly I was put through to meet with a Manager. I was still holding accountability to pay the bill otherwise the policy is automatic cancelled. It is Progressive staff mistake that miss calculate the quotation of policy renewal. This is unprofessional and irresponsible insurance company. This has been very frustrated. It gave me an awful experience with Progressive. Goodbye progressive. I will not renew with Progressive again. This is cheating and unacceptable
