  • I have been trying for almost 2 years to get broken glass on my young daughter's bedroom door replaced. I spoke with Stephanie and customer service, but she does not do Canadian customer service and the person who does never calls back. I have spent over $100,000 on Loewen windows. Until I discovered how bad their service is, I always like loewen. Do not be fooled by the quality of the window. It is evitable that you will have a problem and when you do they could not care less about service
