  • Our ice maker was not working right. We would go to ice out and there would be a huge piece of ice. It was definitely leaking. This is where the phase " word of mouth " comes in. My husband had already set up service call with someone else when my daughter found out. She said she had used Joseph on her bosses' house, and then her house. So we called Joseph ! He came out same day, had to order the part and came back out two days later when the part arrived. He gave us great honest customer service at a fair price. I would recommend Joseph to all my neighbors. Cheri Adams
