  • I wish I had come on yelp before I signed a lease here. But I was relocating and needed a place quickly. Apartments looked nice from the outside, the model was perfect of course my unit was not available to be seen when I went to look at them. But anyway overall not a bad place, it's quiet, I haven't seen any rodents but.... I e only been here 4 months and I've had maintenance in my apartment 6 times already. Never something big, shower knob gets stuck, or the washer is leaking. This one day I woke up to no water! I didn't get a notice about water being shut off the apartments response "the landscapers are here it should be back soon" why are they using my water, I get billed for that! Oh how I wish I could get out of my lease.
