  • I had ordered two wall scones online to replace the ones I currently have. Called Lamps Plus and asked about there installation services the guy I spoke to filled out the form and said someone will be contacting you soon. I get a call from a tech who very rudely told me he would call me back after I said my wall scones should be in by Thursday. I never heard back from him I called Lamps Plus a second time explaining what happened they were un apologetic and said they would re fax my form and again someone would be contacting me soon. I get a call from a tech who very rudely told me I was scheduled for the following day and he would have the tech call me when he's on the way. They lied because I was never contacted to be scheduled it wasn't until I called Lamps Plus the second time someone called me back and told me I was scheduled for the following day. I will never Order anything from this place again. Horrible customer service.
