We scheduled an appointment for our mini pinscher for a basic grooming appointment. When we arrived, we had to wait a while because things seemed to be very slow moving there. I have no clue what happened next or why they made this assessment, but they refused to groom our dog because they said that "it seemed she could be aggressive." (?) All she was doing was smelling around the front area where my kids and I were standing! She has never once been aggressive towards anyone, family or visitors to our home or on the street. We even have a 2 and a 4 year old at home who play with her without aggression issues. It was almost like they just didn't want to groom her, which doesn't seem to make any sense, but they did have a long wait prior to talking with us and had others waiting behind. Maybe they overbooked and were looking for an excuse to lighten their caseload for the day, but it was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
